For this reason, the Hartnack School has maintained a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2000 and continues to develop it. Internal and external audits regularly monitor the effectiveness of the system. The evaluation of our customers is of crucial importance and determines the feasibility and effectiveness of all processes. This creates customer confidence in our services and gives them the assurance that our organization meets the international standards of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

In addition, the Hartnackschule is certified as an educational institution in accordance with AZAV (Recognition and Approval Ordinance for Vocational Training under the 3rd Social Security Code) for continuing vocational training.

The quality policy has been developed jointly by the staff and management of the Hartnackschule Berlin and reflects the cosmopolitan and positive attitude of all those working here towards our clients.

For participants from more than 20 nations, the Hartnackschule Berlin is their spiritual and social center for six, nine or more months. Tolerance and openness characterize the teaching style of the Hartnackschule Berlin. At the same time, it is known for its fair price structure, which enables a broad public to take part in further language training. The Hartnackschule Berlin awards scholarships to socially disadvantaged course participants in cooperation with charitable institutions. Since 2002, the Hartnackschule Berlin has been cooperating with the Lauterbach Foundation.
