TELC EXAM PARTICIPANTS Extended processing times in the evaluation Dear Sir or Madam, dear customers and partners, dear test participants, telc gGmbH in Frankfurt would like to inform you that the evaluation of results and the delivery of certificates from telc exams are unfortunately still closed extended processing times. These delays are due to technical reasons Problems after an IT system changeover. Our current processing time for telc exams is about 7 to 11 weeks. The technical problems have been identified and, for the most part, have already been resolved. However, we are still processing some tests for various reasons, so that we have not yet been able to evaluate the results and have not yet been able to issue the certificates. We would like to apologize for the long waiting time. We know that you urgently need your results or your telc certificate, and now we do too finally want to get. Rest assured that we will do whatever is overdue Evaluate exams quickly and send the results or certificates to your examination center to be delivered immediately. As soon as this is done, you will receive the relevant information from Your exam center. Neither we nor your examination center can or must provide information on results over the phone or by email. We ask for your understanding. We ask for a little patience. Before Christmas, when the resulting backlog and the various special cases have been processed by us, we want to be in normal operation again.
